HomeBase family,
We are back and ready for our new location!!!! October 5th we will be setting it out at the Sheraton Crescent with some of the best poetry in the valley, incredible music by Big Tone and DJ Showtime, dynamic and beautiful people as well as an amazing venue. Free parking for everyone-your welcome! All at the same door cost of just $10! Come and share your talent. Help us celebrate our move to a new location easy for everyone, just an addition 10 mins from the East Valley-all highway. Sheraton Crescent on the North East corner of I17 and Dunlap. To help us celebrate this new move we have nationally acclaimed poet returning to the valley in preparation for the International Poetry Slam Competition Mr. Ed Mabrey! Don’t miss this show. It will definitely be a celebration!

Our October feature:
Ed Mabrey is the current and only three-time Individual World Poetry Slam Champion (2007/2012, 2013). Ed is also a featured performer on season three of Verses and Flow, brought to you by Lexus on TV One, and is featured on HBO All Def Digital seasons 1 & 2. Recently Ed was a featured performer at the 2014 NBWC (National Black Writers Conference). An Emmy winner, National Best Selling poetry anthology contributor, motivational speaker, and comedian, Ed tours internationally and has conducted performances and workshops at over 80 colleges and universities
